SOWELA – Jennings to Host Health Care Informational Session

Community Invited to Explore Practical Nursing, Sterile Processing, and Surgical Technology Programs and Financial Aid Opportunities

SOWELA Technical Community College – Morgan Smith Site in Jennings will hold a Health Care Informational Session on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 2:30 or 3:30 p.m. The event provides prospective students with the chance to meet faculty and staff and learn about Practical Nursing (LPN), Sterile Processing, and Surgical Technology programs; financial aid and scholarship opportunities; the related job market, Fall 2020 enrollment details, and more. The event is free and open to the public.

Surgical Technology prepares students for entry-level employment as Surgical Technologists serving as members of the surgical team.
