Camp Details
- Grades: 6th - 12th graders
- Week Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Drop-off: As early as 7:45 a.m.
- Pick-up: No later than 2:30 p.m.
- Cost: $300 per camper
SOWELA is now offering summer culinary camps for 6th - 12th graders.
Summer camps offer children the opportunity to explore the culinary career path led by SOWELA chefs. Culinary camps are held in SOWELA's professional-grade kitchens at the Main Campus in Lake Charles, LA. Click the registration button below to secure your student's spot. Seats are limited.
Registration includes all supplies and ingredients for breakfast and lunch each day of the camp.
Camps are offered in the SOWELA Culinary, Gaming, and Hospitality Center, 3841 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Ave., Lake Charles, LA 70615.

Camps run Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Campers can be dropped off as early as 7:45 a.m. and picked up no later than 2:30 p.m.
