Get in line for SOWELA’s One Stop Enrollment Office without actually standing in line!

FlyingTigerQ lets you take your place in a virtual line using your home computer, smartphone, or campus kiosk, helping you to save valuable time.

You will then receive a personalized text alert of phone call from FlyingTigerQ when it’s your turn to see a SOWELA staff member on campus.

One Stop Summer Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:15 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 12 Noon

FlyingTigerQ is closed on weekends and holidays.

During peak hours, the FlyingTigerQ website will close when lines reach maximum capacity for the day.

Keep in Mind: Toward the end of each business day, please arrive on campus no later than 30 minutes prior to closing, regardless of your estimated FlyingTigerQ time. For example, if campus closes at 5 p.m., you MUST be in the One Stop area no later than 4:30 p.m. to guarantee your place in FlyingTigerQ.

FlyingTigerQ will:

  • Text you an estimated wait time – estimates vary according to the number of people in line ahead of you.
  • Allow you to ask for more time if it does not fit your schedule.
  • Alert you when you are 15 minutes away from your arrival time.
