Planning & Analysis

The Office of Planning and Analysis (OPA) at SOWELA Technical Community College supports evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement by providing accurate, timely, and actionable data. We coordinate key institutional processes including institutional effectiveness planning, federal and state reporting, accreditation support, course evaluations, and campus-wide surveys.

The OPA directs the following functions:

• Academic and Administrative Planning and Assessment
• Strategic Planning
• Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting
• Institutional and Programmatic Accreditation Support
• Internal and External Survey Administration
• Institutional Review Board (IRB)
