If you are a Beginning Freshman and Transfer Student with fewer than 12 hours earned who graduated from a Louisiana High School in 2004 or later: We will request your seventh semester and final transcripts from the Board of Regents and the Louisiana Department of Education's Student Transcript System. It will not be necessary to have transcripts sent to STCC from your high school, unless you graduated before 2004. If this does not apply to you, bring an official SEALED high school and/or college transcript (s) |

Placement Test (Daytime)
Available every Tuesday through Thursday
Report to Student Affairs Office in Computer Center building, Room 101, by 8:00 am
Pay fee and bring receipt to testing center
Present receipt at door Room 102 of the Metals Building by 8:15 am
Testing begins promptly at 8:30 am |
Placement Test (Evening)
Available every Tuesday evening
Report to Student Affairs Office in the Computer Center building, Room 101, by 5:00 pm
Pay fee and receive receipt
Present receipt to be admitted for testing by 5:15 pm
Testing begins promptly at 5:30 pm |
Office of the Registrar
Verification requests, including transcript requests, must be completed and signed by the student
and submitted to the Office of Student Affairs. Forms can be faxed, mailed, or hand delivered.
Submission of incomplete forms may delay processing. The forms below must be physically signed.
You may fill in the information and then print the form.
* Please note, name change requests must be accompanied by official documentation
of the name change, i.e. copy marriage license.
