Newspapers
The Library & Learning Resource Center provides students and faculty with a collection of newspapers

African-American Newspapers - Full scans of various African-American Newspapers between 1827 to 1998, with full page scans.

American Historical Newspapers – Louisiana - Full scans of Louisiana Newspapers, ranging from 1805 to 1900.

American Press - Allows you to access the local American Press and its archives.

Newsbank - This family of historical collections contains books, pamphlets, broadsides, newspapers, government documents and ephemera printed in America over three centuries.

Newspaper Source - Provides cover-to-cover full text for 35 national & international newspapers. The database also contains selective full text for 375 regional (U.S.) newspapers. In addition, full text television & radio news transcripts are also provided.
