Hurricane IKE Damage Registration Form

Calcasieu Parish residents with flood or wind damage are encouraged to fill out the Damage Registration Form located at www.calcasieustorm.com. Citizens should fill it out as completely as they can and click submit. Local officials will be using the information they receive to assess the need for further state and federal help in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Ike and to plan for future events. Officials will soon announce a telephone number for citizens without Internet access to be used to report damage.

If you are unable to return to classes immediately due to  Hurricane Ike please contact your instructors as soon as possible
to let them know your situation.
